1. General provisions
1.1. These terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter — the Terms) set out the mutual rights, obligations and liability of the person purchasing goods in the tahiti.lt online shop (hereinafter — the Buyer) and MB „Kvapo magija“ (hereinafter — the Seller).

1.3. Purchases in the online shop may be made by natural persons with legal capacity; by minors aged between fourteen and eighteen who have the consent of their parents or guardians, except where they dispose of their own income independently; by legal persons; and by authorised representatives of all of the above.
1.4. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and accept these Terms. The Terms are a legally binding document for both the Buyer and the Seller.
1.5. The Seller has the right to amend the Terms. Amendments take effect once published in the online shop. Orders placed before the amendments were published are governed by the version of the Terms in force at that time.
2. Conclusion of the contract of sale
2.1. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is deemed concluded at the moment when the Buyer has filled a shopping cart in the online shop, entered the delivery details, selected a payment method, read these Terms and clicked the „Pay“ button.
2.2. Every contract is stored in the online shop.
2.3. Once the contract is concluded, an order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the Buyer.
3. Rights and obligations of the Buyer
3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online shop in accordance with these Terms.
3.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.
3.3. The Buyer must pay for the goods and accept them in accordance with these Terms.
3.4. The Buyer must provide accurate details. The Seller is not liable for any consequences arising from incorrect details.
3.5. When using the online shop, the Buyer undertakes not to breach the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. Rights and obligations of the Seller
4.1. The Seller undertakes to make the online shop available for use. The Seller is not liable for temporary disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control.
4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address given by the Buyer or to the chosen pickup point.
4.3. If the Seller is unable to deliver an ordered item, it undertakes to offer an equivalent item. If the Buyer declines, the Seller refunds the amount paid within fourteen calendar days.
4.4. The Seller has the right to cancel an order if the Buyer does not pay for the goods within the period set by the Seller. The Buyer is notified of this by email.
5. Prices and payment
5.1. Prices in the online shop are shown in euros and include value added tax.
5.2. The delivery price is shown separately before you confirm the order. When your order is over 39 €, delivery to a parcel machine is free, and from 59 € courier delivery is free as well.
5.3. Payment is made by online banking or payment card through the payment provider Montonio. Payment details are neither passed on to nor stored by the Seller.
5.4. Orders are prepared only once payment has been received.
5.5. A VAT invoice is sent to the Buyer electronically, to the email address given in the order.
6. Delivery
6.1. Goods are delivered by the method chosen by the Buyer when placing the order.
6.2. Goods are delivered within two to three working days of payment being received, provided the items are in stock. During busy periods for courier services, delivery may take longer.
6.3. The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by the courier service or by circumstances the Seller could not foresee or control.
6.4. On receiving the parcel, the Buyer must check the condition of the packaging. If damage is found, the Buyer must note it on the delivery document or draw up a damage report. If the Buyer does not check the condition of the parcel, they lose the right to make claims regarding damage to the packaging.
7. Quality of the goods
7.1. The characteristics of each item are given in its product description.
7.2. The goods are made by hand in small batches, so slight differences in colour or shade are possible. This is not considered a defect.
7.3. The Seller is not liable if the colour, shape or other characteristics of the goods shown in the online shop do not match their actual size, shape and colour because of the characteristics of the screen the Buyer is using.
7.4. The Seller provides a quality guarantee valid for two years from the date the goods are handed over to the Buyer. This guarantee does not limit the consumer rights granted by law.
8. Withdrawal from the contract, returns and exchanges
8.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
8.2. The Buyer notifies the Seller of the withdrawal by email at info@tahiti.lt. The notice must state the order number, the name of the item and the number of the account to which the refund should be paid.
8.3. The returned item must be unused, in its original saleable condition, in undamaged original packaging and with all accessories.
8.4. The cost of returning the item is borne by the Buyer, except where the item returned is faulty or does not match the order.
8.5. The Seller refunds the amount paid within fourteen calendar days of the item being returned. The money is transferred to the same account from which the payment was made.
8.6. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
8.7. Faulty goods are exchanged or refunded. The Buyer reports the defect by email, attaching a photograph.
9. Liability
9.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the details given in the order.
9.2. The Seller is released from liability where losses arise because the Buyer disregarded the Seller's recommendations or failed to comply with these Terms.
9.3. Where damage occurs, the party at fault compensates the other party for direct losses in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
10. Personal data and marketing
10.1. The Buyer's personal data is processed as set out in the privacy policy .
10.2. The Seller sends marketing messages only with the Buyer's separate consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or by writing to us.
11. Final provisions
11.1. These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. All disagreements are settled by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.3. The Buyer may submit a request or complaint about an item bought in the online shop to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus g. 25, Vilnius, Lithuania, email tarnyba@vvtat.lt) or fill in the request form on the Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
