Shipping
We deliver your order by the method you choose:
- to an LP Express parcel machine, 3,00 €, delivery within 2-3 working days;
- to your door by DPD courier, 3,99 €, delivery within 2-3 working days.
When your order is over 39 €, delivery to a parcel machine is free. From 59 € courier delivery is free too.
PLEASE NOTE: because courier services are busier than usual, delivery may take up to 5 working days. We find out about such delays at the same time as you do. If your parcel takes longer than promised, write to us and we will sort it out together.
Returns
If the product did not meet your expectations, or you simply changed your mind, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
To make the return go smoothly, the product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Write to us first at info@tahiti.lt, give your order number, and we will send you the return address. We transfer the money within 14 days of receiving the product, to the same account you paid from.
When a product of good quality is returned, the buyer pays the postage. If the product is faulty or does not match the order, the return costs you nothing: write to us and attach a photo. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
